I had the privilege of talking to Samantha today, getting our cars switched over, and she was fantastic. When your vehicle breaks down over the weekend, making you spend the last two days getting it traded in (and going through the headaches of dealership protocols), it's is SOO refreshing to have someone like Sam to talk to on Monday morning. She got them one car pulled off, added the new one, and made sure everything was perfect before letting me go. Drake, your staff is awesome!! We had the privilege of being moved to Drake's office, after our original agent moved on. I met and spoke with Drake and his amazing team, who got to know more about our current position at the time, and made sure we had everything in place that we needed.
