"As many of us are experiencing these days, finances are fluctuating in extreme waves...and not all of those waves are in our favor. I spin plates and move from one fire to another...and the last thing I want to do is call automated corporations and navigate a mine field of repeating things and pressing numbers to try getting to a human. Today I had to give in and call my State Farm office. I usually text and this agent Cassidy will reply and being behind on payments, NOT looking forward to the call. But I got to actually talk to the person that I have been texting with about my car and home insurance. Cassidy joined the conversation and we talked about my options...which she pre-researched and double checked with her team to make sure she wasnt missing anything BEFORE we even got on the phone. Seriously, I have not felt listened to like Cassidy listened to me in a long time. I was able to vent, ask questions, and for a few minutes...we even peeked down a few rabbit trails about music, the state of the world, and the psychology of different generations and how each interacts with others in this crazy world. It was very refreshing to talk WITH someone that didnt have an angle...and was sincere and genuine. This young lady is 21 years old! She has the patience, integrity and empathy of an experienced person...because of her, I will support State Farm and the whole office of Drake's office as long as I have insurance. Thank you Cassidy...for being real. Mr. Drake....play this game old school...take care of people like Cassidy. Keep them and support them and you will be rewarded with loyalty from the team AND your customers. Also, if you guys ever need any graphic design work..... :)"

"Ginny missed 2 appointments we had - one was a phone meeting and one was in person both were no call/no shows. The office did not offer to have someone else help me they offered to reschedule after I was already there. I would have worked with anyone. She was just the person who answered when I called. I understand that life happens but someone should have canceled her appointments. No call/no show is unacceptable if you value your time. I’m taking my business elsewhere if the office will transfer my file as requested."

"State Farm had their second "billing glitch" in the past few months that messes up our bill. We pay exactly what our bill says, we even call the office to confirm the amount, but next we we have an additional $400 dollars we have to pay to make it up. Never met this agent that takes our money and has his stuff tell us too bad pay it. Seems like the bill fluctuates and we have to keep calling in to be given the run around of what is going on. I cannot stress this enough, avoid this office if you care about clear and transparent billing. They are no help. Edit Reply: Billing issues are a State Farm issue, you represent State Farm, you should be able to figure out how to cover your company's error."
